I stayed at this hotel and i found it clean! the staff were friendly and helpful. the breakfast was really delicious. It offered a great variety of options every morning. the location was also perfect, close to many attractions.
the street outside could get quite noisy at times, which occasionally disturbed my sleep.

The street outside was quite noisy. It was hard to ignore. also, the room was quite small. i had to keep my suitcase closed most of the time so i could move around the room more easily! the breakfast selection could have been fresher.

This hotel's location was superb for exploring! i loved that it was near the attractions i wanted to see. It was very walkable. the staff were kind, helpful, and always ready with a smile. every interaction felt personal and genuinely warm. Their attentiveness really enhanced my stay!!! the breakfast was delicious too, with plenty of options to choose from.

The hotel is a short walk from the tram station, so access to main sights was easy and convenient. Many shops and restaurants surround the hotel. it was easy to get around with public transportation, so i safety was good.

The staff were very friendly. fresh lemonade was constantly available, a nice touch. the location was great. I could easily walk to tourist spots. breakfast service had plenty of options. I found the staff very attentive!!!

acceptable locationcramped roommalfunctioning air conditioning
the location was acceptable, with the main attractions within walking distance.
My room was far from ideal. it was a cramped 3-bed room where an extra bed had been forced in. Leaving hardly any space to walk. the air conditioning malfunctioned for two nights, blowing only hot air. the staff informed me other guests preferred a higher temperature and no alternative was offered. this made sleeping nearly impossible.
